Let's start with Hopewell On-line
More personal than MySpace, more powerful than Yahoo, more productive than YouTube, it's Hopewell On-line. What's not to love about Hopewell On-line? The convenience, the speed, the wealth of resources and 24/7 access, it's truly state-of-the-art money management right at your fingertips! Hopewell On-line offers the following features:

• Account summary with current balances
• Account history (current plus previous month account transactions)
• Apply for a loan
• Stop payment on a check
• Change password
• View checks
• Export posted transactions to most popularly-used accounting software programs.

Signing up for Hopewell On-line is quick and easy and enrollment is FREE! All you have to do is meet the following requirements:

• Be a member in good standing
• Have a PC, modem and internet access
• Have Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or above or Netscape
• Navigator 4.08 or above. Best viewed with MS Internet Explorer 7.0 or Netscape 4.61
• Agree to the terms and conditions of HFCU’s on-line agreement and disclosure.

Attention MAGIC users:
If you are a current MAGIC user with an established PIN, the primary member may register on-line by the following steps:

1. Click on the log-on tab
2. Click on Account Access
3. Click on I’m a New User/Register Now
   You’ll then be prompted to enter your account number, social security number, e-mail address and voice PIN number. Register for Hopewell On-line by CLICKING HERE.

Let’s Talk Bill Pay
If you’re one of those people who’s mantra is “if it’s free, it’s for me” then have we got a personalized banking solution for you! Sign up for our Bill Pay, it’s FREE! C’mon, with the rising cost of gas, stamps, you name it – doesn’t it make sense to send your bills electronically? You can feel good about Bill Pay because it’s safe and secure, your bills will arrive on time and you’ll even be doing your own small part in helping the environment because let’s face it, does anybody even use snail mail anymore?

Bill Pay Is Easy
Just sign on to Hopewell On-line, use your existing user id and password. Then on the main page click on the Bill Payment Tab. If you’re currently not using Hopewell On-line CLICK HERE.

Take Bill Pay for a Test Drive
Still a bit skeptical? That’s okay, we know that there are some people out there who believe in the check writing process and are nervous about paying there bills using a computer. Some people just like to keep track of that shoebox full of paper receipts, stubs and more, so why not give it a test drive? CLICK HERE to check out our Bill Pay demo.

Signing-up for On-line Bill Pay is easy, you just have to be a registered Hopewell On-line user to access the bill payment tab. And of course, you must have a checking/draft account with HFCU.

We LOVE the convenience of On-line Bill Pay SO much, we offer TWO products to make On-line Bill Pay even easier!

Our Classic product is FREE and offers the following features:

• Schedule single and recurring payments
• Change and/or stop schedule payments
• View payment history
• 24/7 web access
• Pay anybody bill payment service
• Ability to make inter-bank transfers
• Ability to e-mail payments to friends

We also offer the Plus product. Plus is FREE for the first 90 days after signing-up. It’s also FREE to members with Interest Checking Accounts, after 90 days it’s just $3.95 a month. Plus offers the following additional features:

• Additional security features that can be turned on/off
• Pay bills from multiple bank accounts
• Memo and comment fields for payments
• Pending payment center
• Second e-mail address option
• Manage payee using categories
• Schedule multiple payments per page

Well if your computer savy and have already signed up for on-line and bill pay, this may seem like a no brainer to you. If not, allow us to introduce you to the wonderful convenience of e-statements! With e-statements there’s no need to keep checking your mailbox for your monthly statements-you can get them sent right to your e-mail.

Here’s how it works:
You’re automatically enrolled in e-statements after you first sign on to Hopewell On-line. Once you’ve signed on for the third time, the system will stop generating a paper statement copy. However, if you don’t want your statement sent to you electronically, just go to Hopewell On-line under the Services tab and un-enroll from e-statements.

Whether you receive your statement monthly or quarterly, you’ll receive an e-mail that tells you that your statement is ready to be picked up. Once you get that e-mail, just click on the link and it will take you to our website. From there, click on Hopewell On-line like you usually do and when you get to the Account Information Page, click on the e-statement information link located under your name and address information. Your account numbers to access your e-statement will be listed at the top of the page.

Use It or Lose It
Well sort of. It’s important to remember that once you’re registered for e-Statements, you’ll want to make sure you open them each month or each quarter if you only receive a statement quarterly. If not, after three consecutive months of not opening your e-statements you will be automatically removed from the system and start to receive a paper statement again. You can easily print out your e-statements just like you would have received them in the mail.
